Ok so...

A week ago, I got a $15.00 prepaid card and switched to a rechargable card on my service account.


I put the new information to make sure there would be no interruptions in my service. The card was accepted.

Then, today, my service account suddenly ended.

I checked and saw that my service account had ended. An error has occured is the email I got.

I enter the card again, got all the way to the end, an error has occured.

I check the card online to see if something was wrong. Maybe the activation of the card took extra out outside the initial $5.00? (Paid $20.00 - 5.00 for a chargable card)

and I find out that it's that each attempt took out $1.00 and never refunded it. So, that's $3.00 out.

Does anyone know what to do in this scenario? I don't wanna go and put $5.00 more on this but I feel like money got taken out without ever being put back in. These are usually temporary charges.
