Goldsmithing in heavensward

So, I know that i am only level 56 as a goldsmith, but just realized that the high level doh and dol classes use accessories made by Leatherworkers and Carpenters. (unless i'm missing something)

What are Goldsmiths making right now that are worth anything or have I just wasted my time and gil leveling?

GSM makes Earrings for DoH/DoL and all accessories for DoW/DoM
CRP makes DoH accessories except Earrings
LTW makes DoL accessories except Earrings

GSM also makes the i170 Head piece for BSM, GSM and ALC, i170 Hands for GSM and the Main Hand for WVR.

From what I've heard goldsmiths also make the easiest items for red and blue scripts other than culinarian.

Between Goblin Jig and Bladed Steel Jig, yes. Much simple and quicker Red Scrip, only because its crafting requirement is two whole items. (Sure break them down a tad and its 3.) Still GSM has some simple ones... when they pop on the turn in thing. I haven't seen Goblin Jig for almost two weeks now. I had stashed away a whole ton of materials... ended up using some on the lvl 57 Gathering ring instead for a lot less blue scrips. Sigh.

The other day, bladed steel jig was the red scrip item. I did out the math, and I think making 45 jigs @ 10 scrips each cost more than making 14-16 of some other item @ 30 each. I think this particular example was birch fishing rod. However, it is nice only having to worry about 2 subs as opposed to 4-5 different items for the synth.

I'm glad that they at least had the sense to take materials into consideration this time. It was pretty lazy to make BSM and GSM recipes of the same recipe level give the same number of scrips.

I wonder if the people working on various aspects of the game ever compare notes and communicate with one another.
