FFXIV progression feedback

First I really don't want to get into too much of a debate about this, just going to leave some feedback to the devs and hopefully it will reach them.

I feel like character progression in Heavensward has kind of taken a nosedive. I think the main complaint I would have is Alexander Savage feels like the only reason to have gear higher than item level 180 right now. Ravana Ex and Alexander Normal both can be beaten in lvl 180 gear fairly easily if you know the gimmicks. I won't even get started on Neverreap/Fractal, our so called "expert" dungeons. Those were beaten easily in lvl 150 gear.

My suggestion would be this. Please give us more fights on par with ex primal level of difficulty, with gear rewards that match the current capped tomestones. Similar to how Shiva EX dropped ilvl 120 bracelets which made you not need the poetic ones.

TLDR: Moar content between alex normal and alex savage level of difficulty please!

They will, still very early, 3.1 will bring it.

Yea I hope your right, Because if all 3.1 adds is 2 steamroll dungeons and a 24 man steamroll raid, I might not be logging in very often till 3.2

But I'm sure they haven't announced everything that's coming in 3.1 so I'll remain optimistic for now.

Just give it more time. I'm ok with the way things are at the moment just because I enjoy FFXIV quite a bit but but I will admit it is starting to get a little bland, old content is pretty dead so everyone is just grinding the same content over and over for the time being.

Can it be thats the comeback of protecting Chocobo carawans?
