The thing is you´ll always have people in your party that either dont have the same healing style as you or are simply bored, still trying to work things out or downright bad. Only thing you can really do is either try to help them (if you think you´re better) and other than that just play to the best of your own abilities.

I dont even get why you´re upset that somebody casts stoneskin before the cutscene is done - let them just do what they want it´s their mp not yours (usually regenerates before the fight starts anyway). As for not raising - you shouldn´t have been dead in the first place. But yes sometimes ppl dont have swiftcast ready - sometimes they rely on the summoners to raise (less mp probs and probably focused on solohealing) or simply they think it´s a waste of mp to raise if that particular player has died repeatedly to mechanics. It´s not out of some sadistic hate towards fellow healers.

So just focus on yourself and try to help the newbs out.
