Those people miss out on commendations anyway, there are a lot of people playing Jobs that they don't seem to care about. I think people run as tank and healer just for faster queues and not because they actually like that role(plus the tank mounts means a lot more annoying tanks too).

Just let it roll off your back, it is annoying that these people are so rude but just imagine how many people actually like these people .
