No, it's not. I've spoken to some of the abused player (one from my fc), and they all said that they were ashamed by what had happend to them. Does not sound funny to me.
I don't think that it's part of "enjoying the game" when you get slapped around by a "funny" player.

I'm sorry to hear that, but please remember that this is a game, and unless they know the person "harrasing" them, just ignore them.
Alot of people spam Emotes over and over for no reason.
