They mentioned PvP taking place within a Colosseum. Do you think we won't get a Colosseum till after the world re-design? I hope it's not located via teleport at one of the cities like most things are >_>

I know they mentioned area conquest, but I get the feeling we won't see that till after the Colosseum battles (or within the same patch).

There's one in the gladiator's guild. It's where most of that class' story takes place.

Just look down next time you run by the guild, you can see it from there.

There's no mention of PvP up until 1.21. So I would believe there is none for a while, yeah. I'm not a fan at all for PvP but would like to try it out =D

Agreed, especially considering the current classes need reworking, and they haven't even put out jobs yet. I never assumed we would see PvP until well into 2012.

A: First off, we are designing it so that players that do not wish to take part in PvP are not forced to. We are planning 2 things for PvP. The first are battles in the Coliseum. The second is an PvP area where you can fight for control of various influences.

I think it will be not be anytime soon, I'm sure they still have alot of work still do and i'd bet they are still brain storming the 2nd one.
