Kefka's Tower, as a 24-man dungeon. Each alliance sent down a different path and have to work together through slight puzzles and whatnot? Would be glorious.

Both are already areas designated in the game or referred to in the story, but, it seems there would be little to no reason to actually implement them as actual dungeons lore wise (the Ship Graveyard is part of the Isles of Umbra in Eastern La Noscea where you fight Siren's thralls during the 2.0 main story, and the Phantom Train is the name given to the very real railway built by the Garlean Empire that runs between Castrum Meridanium in Northern Thanalan and Castrum Centri in Mor Dhona - the term presumably came about due to it's secret military nature (viz a viz the real world tradition of naming secret/black ops missions or units 'ghost' or 'phantom' units) - part of CM is literally called the 'Phantom Train Depot' for this reason.)
So I don't see these areas ever being implemented as actual dungeons I'm afraid.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but, didn't the development team already state ages ago that they decided not to implement Forbidden Land Eureka into the game, and that the Labyrinth of the Ancients was the stand in? I'm pretty sure I read something about that which mentioned it (probably in a past 'Letter from the Producer LIVE' Q@A, but I'm not sure. If true, then sadly again that's pretty conclusive Eureka will never be implemented, with LotA being it's replacement.

I second this. Just fill it with all sorts of mini bosses and juicy mechanics. Bunch of glamor items. As long as it remained similar, which was an amalgamation of everything in game.![]()

This thread is meant to be fun and just a idea tossing post, not a debating in lore and why things can and can't be done. As long as the the dungeons is broken ship hulls and foggy they can call it whatever they want. There is no hard rule in the book that says the devs can't make a haunted forest dungeon with the final leg a haunted train. They used FFV's Library as a theme but changed the name.
Wouldn't mind seeing the Deep Sea Research Facility from FFVIII. Perhaps Garlean it up a bit near Limsa. Lots of enclosed rooms, with the feeling that you're constantly descending further and further toward the sea bed. Complete with a minigame where you spawn additional mobs by moving at the wrong time (light gradually turns on as a warning to counter latency).
Lunatic Pandora

This would also be cool with the addition of swimming, if they are still planning on implementing it. Swimming across the sea bed and you come across the Deep Sea Research Facility. Of course entering the dungeon involves progressing on foot.Wouldn't mind seeing the Deep Sea Research Facility from FFVIII. Perhaps Garlean it up a bit near Limsa. Shinra Tower, complete with back stairway that takes 10 minutes to climb but lets you skip all of one pull.

THE MOON. THE F***ING MOON FROM FFIV. Lunar Subterrane full with a couple bosses that get in the way(i.e. White Dragon or Lunasaurs with a few mechanics thrown in), and make it chain into Lunar Core to fight Zeromus or the Warrior of Darkness.
