    Every single time I log into the game I am forced to change my password

    As the title says, every time I attempt to log into the game I get a screen telling me due to recent activity it has been locked and I am forced to change the password. I sent in a support ticket for the issue and they basically said thats how its supposed to work.... even though it is of course not. Getting kind of inconvenient, especially since I now have an issue on my laptop where the game wont let me update so I need to keep closing and opening it.

    They give you this prompt everytime you change the IP address you are logging in from.

    Either your home router is a dynamically assigned IP address from your ISP, or you are logging in at different locations with different internet connections a lot.

    IP stays the same. I can just close the client and open it back up and it will make me change my password. No pause in connection, no computer restart. Right now I am at another place but these 2 IPs are all that I use. I even completely wiped the unit and fresh installed windows.

    Adding a security token to your account should solve the issue. You can purchase a physical one from se, or use the free software one depending on what kind of smartphone you have.

    Ah, I was actually considering getting a token but when I clicked on the link it did not mention a free one. I will look up the app, unless its iphone only it should work find on my galaxy S5. Thanks

    Its' on Android... I'm using it on my Nexus 4 at the moment...

    I have this problem sometimes. I never did until I logged in at a friends house. Ever since it's been RNG if I'll have to change it or not. Thank you for the suggestions.
