Expert Roulette: u wot m8?

Let's break this down first.

Expert Roulette supposedly has 3 options, these are:
The Aetherochemical Research Facility
Neverreap
The Fractal Continuum

One of these dungeons is completely pointless being integrated into an expert roulette, why? Because it yields no items and more importantly no highest level tomestones (esoterics). This makes it so you potentially get less eso's in an expert roulette than doing either of the other 2 dungeons, Neverreap and Fractal.


This needs to be fixed, I don't know what crack the guy was smoking when selecting the dungeons to put in this expert roulette, but 1/3 of the time it's a waste of time doing.

That said, has anyone even gotten Fractal on Expert? I have done it about 20 times now, and I've seen Aetherochemical twice and Neverreap 18 times. Doesn't help that I consider Neverreap the most disgustingly horrendous dungeon. This makes my expert experience very very monotonous and irritating.

I have never ever gotten Aetherochemical Research Facility and from reading around it's not included in the roulette.

The Aetherochemical Research Facility isn't a part of Expert Roulette so I don't know how you could have entered it that way. I have never entered it via Roulette. I almost always get Fractal and on occasion Nevereap, but never the Research Facility ...ever.

The Research Facility is not in EX roulette, though it should be incentivized and offered on some roulette as it is an MSQ instance that offers no reward for going back and helping others with.

It should just be part of the Main Scenario roulette and have the roulette reward Eso at 60. I'm kind of surprised it isn't.

Edit: Forgot that Main Scenario is 8-man vs Research Facility being 4-man, which is probably why it isn't part of the roulette.

I've gotten it twice in the Expert Roulette, and even a friend of mine was with me when it happened both times, so it's in the expert roulette. But yeah overall this batch of expert roulette is pretty stupid. Unless you actually like Neverreap because that's all you're ever going to get.

You sure it wasn't Duty Roulette: Leveling? I know I've gotten it there but never in Expert.

Even the patch notes only list 2 possibilities.

It's not in expert roulette, but I wisht it was for the sake of variety. I rarely get people that even open the side chests in the other two now. With how easy it is to get the 170 gear, it's not really an issue.

Yeah I thought I recalled seeing the patch notes only list 2 dungeons for Expert.

Anyway, the OP is either mistaken (because Research Facility is not part of Expert) or they have encountered some form of bug.

As far as Neverreap is concerned, I personally don't kind it. It's not my favorite but I don't see what is so awful about it. It's relatively short and straightforward.

Are you sure you weren't doing Fractal in your roulette? The Research Facility and Fractal have a similar look and theme, so I can understand getting them mixed up.
