why not allow it to be earned again, instead of straight up ripping off paying customers. This is unacceptable.

maybe next year if there are Yukatas again. But not this year.

Also new players who haven't played last year have not paid for the emote.
And those who paid it during the time, but have not did the quests, don't earned it normaly. I'm against giving rewards to players who ignored the event.
