Job Soulstones Creation?

Ever wonder how Soulstones are created in FF14 world?

Every single Job so far has only passed down a Soulstone to the WoL that originally belong to someone else so the WoL is always learning a new ability that is already in the Soulstone except for one Job being Machinist.

In MCH Job storyline the MCH Soulstone is newly created so all our Job Soulstone abilities are obtained from our MCH companions in the MCH storyline and then saved into the Soulstone for the person who will obtain the WoL MCH Soulstone after he or she is gone. This is due to how Machinist Job is the youngest and newest combat Job in Eorzea so they don't have Soulstones with Job Skills saved into their Job Soulstone yet.

I can only guess the Soulstones require a special kind of Aether Crystal to make but that is only a guess.
