Joining Party while Chocobo summoned, can we have it?

Could we please find a way to join a party while your chocobo is summoned

While leveling up with my partner, it has become a little frustrating that we cannot party up with a Chocobo summoned, especially during a Fates/Fights, instead we have to withdraw said Chocobo, party up and then re-summon the Chocobo.

Its not a big issue, and may only be a tiny thing, but it would save time (and Greens) while out in the field while leveling our Chocobos.

I noticed that they have made it so you can teleport while riding on a chocobo now and just wanted this to happen as well, I also would like the ability to ride any mount while a chocobo is summoned.

Yeah, I don't get why they don't just allow this stuff.
It CLEARLY is in the game's code

for example when you get Midgardsormr as a mount due to the story, you can ride him while having your chocobro summoned

Queuing with the chocobro out.
Going into single player duties with the chocobro out.
Riding other mounts with the chocobro out.
Joining a party with the chocobro out.
This all, and more, just NEEDS to happen.

This is the main reason mine is sitting only at rank 4, as the only times I use him is when doing MSQ and when doing weekly hunts...

yes I noticed that as well, so it just goes to show that this can be done

A chocobo has two "modes": as battle companion and as a mount. As a battle companion, it uses the party interface which allows your chocobo to use skills, have its own HP bar and experience bar. When you mount up, it goes to mount mode; we are not allowed to summon other mounts because it will conflict with the dual modes of the chocobo. However, if chocobo is not in your party (not summoned as a battle companion) and is only used as a mount, it does not conflict with other mounts.

As for the thing in that spoiler, that's similar to when you can have your chocobo out while doing drake and goobbue quests for Amalj'aa and Sylph quests. The drake and goobbue used for the quests are not your own and thus will not conflict with the existing rules mount rules; by comparison, you cannot summon your own drake mount to undertake the quest, etc.

tl;dr Battle chocobo uses the party system. Any restrictions associated with being in a party (party finder will close, duty finder queues might end, cannot join other parties, etc) also apply. Significant changes must be made to the battle chocobo system for us to get what we want (yes, I also want to be able to queue with my Bo out, and all that stuff).

They have to make it so that we can join party with our chocobos out (they will automatically be dismissed when you join a party or something) and they have to make it so that we can use our chocobos while we are in queue for a dungeon.

Confession time: When I'm feeling anti-social, I keep my chocobo out while running fates so I don't get random party invites. Is that weird? Anyone else gets like this?
