Leveling Botanist - What's the fastest way?

Make sure to do the daily grand company turn in since it's the biggest single source of exp. If you turn in HQ items you get double rewards. Buy and use the company survival manuals if you can. (Theoretically you could farm blue scrips on MIN and go for the commercial manuals, but I wouldn't use those sub-50 since you'll be really hard pressed to get enough base EXP within the short duration they have.)

Other than that and levequests, basically just gather things that are close to your level, with an eye toward things that are selling for a decent amount or that you'll want in large quantities later. Flax is pretty close to the level you're at and will be relevant for post-50 WVR recipes, for one.
