feeling really dumb

So I just hit 58 bsm. look at the next leve. I need to make adamantite dolabra. open recipe book; no recipe. google the item its a lvl 60 craft for bsm. check recipe book I have 0 lvl 60 crafts for 6 crafts. cul and gsm has lvl 60 recipes, but nothing else. ive googled it and found nothing. everyones going on about the scrip system so im assuming there are lvl 60 bsm's out there. would like to know how they did it or is my game just bugged.

Adamantite Dolabra is a master recipe from the blue scrip book.

Some of the items needed in the crafter questline requires you to do the collectable turn-ins for the blue scrip where once you gain enough of it, you can trade it for the Master book which unlocks more recipes including some lv60 gears and housing stuff.
