    sudden mouse lag since 3.0

So i got this problem with my mouse its respons got so delayed all the sudden since 3.0

The game works perfectly on the highst settings its only the mouse that lags also even if i turn every thing to low my mouse stays laggy.

I thought at first maybe it has to do with DX11 since that was the client i was using,
i tried to switch back to DX9 and the mouse lag was still there.

I really dont know what the cause is My GPU is a GTX 760,
my mouse works fine in other MMO's etc the mouse lag only happens in FF XIV.

There is a setting to "enable hardware mouse." It's been awhile since i played on PC, so I don't remember where it is. I believe it is set by default, but could it have been unchecked somehow? That could explain the pointer lag.

    Edit:
It seems they've changed it since I last looked. They now use the hardware by default and have a setting to enable the software cursor. On the "Mouse Settings" page of the "System Configuration" menu, there is a section for "Expanded Mouse Functionality Settings." Enabling this may cause the mouse pointer to drag.

Probably more of a CPU issue not GPU. Check its temperatures and be sure its fan and heatsink is clean. Also be sure the mouse is directly plugged into the desktop rather than via a usb hub or keyboard.

well my pc never gets heated its always cool and the mouse and keyboard are directly pluged in to the motherboard and work fine its only in FF XIV where it starts to lagg
