first, thank you for this idea, very useful and helpful and will bring closer the JP and English community and find out that maybe we do have the same concerns.
Q : I would like to know what they think about the new gathering/crafting system in regards to seals red and blue and the difficulty to get base material

Alright, I took at look at the JP forums about DRG. The most useful thread I found was titled "About Dragoon's new skills".
The most common things posted were about the randomness of WT and F&C, the positional aspect of them, and the strictness of the timer, especially regarding use of Geirskogul.
-Many people don't really like how WT and F&C are randomly proc'd. They would prefer that it was 100% proc depending on the combo you use.
-Part of the issue with the random proc is the positional. They feel it's a bit strict/difficult to have to adjust for the positional. However, most the people who had issue with the positional are less concerned about it now that they buffed the non-positional damage from 100 to 200.
-A lot of discussion is about how best to use Geirskogul in regards to the fact it reduces the duration of your BotD buff. Basically theorycrafting about how to use the skill because they want to try to keep BotD up as much as possible. One thing a lot of people say is they love how "cool" Geirskogul looks.
Overall, since WT and F&C were buffed, the posters seem to think DRG is in a pretty good place. Random proc is still an annoyance for some, but others point out that it makes the job reactive.
