Guys stop treating us and yourself as a garbage.
We western people have our good sides too lol. SE community sometimes act like Japanese players are some gods.

Mkay, they probably use their brains before they start making new threads which is nice, but it is not only our fault. There were lots of good, big threads with nice suggestions that never got repplies and then there was one thread with <put useless glamour suggestion here> that got dev repply imediately. Fault is on both sides.

But yeah.. many good suggestions here got put down becuase of people like "I don't need this so it is useless suggestion, I don't care if other people want it, SE aim for stuff that I want."

Japanese culture has it's problems yes, but why bring it up when the western internet culture is by and large the problem here. I agree there are probably some threads that could do with dev replies that don't get them... but how would we even know they havn't already replied to it/a similar suggestion in a different thread. We don't, because our forums are way way way too cluttered.

Devs don't speak English. Only people that can communicate with English and other language forums are community reps. There are far more Japanese devs who don't speak English than there are community reps. Thus, the Japanese posts get more responses. That, and the community reps need to run everything by their superiors before they post/give out information. Devs have a lot more freedom.

If you collapse all the forums posts into as many threads as the JP forums, I think it'll look about the same reply wise.

Anyway, in JP culture, "Do not cause trouble for others" is typical. From what I hear, they train using PF until they are confident enough to use the DF to do their runs, resulting in a generally more capable DF than western servers.
Another reason I heard is that the strategy used by DF players is synchronized, presumably through forums. That makes it easier for random people to work together because the fights goes the same. Homogeneity = efficiency, at the expense of creativity.

While we are at it, take a look at those "Free items (I want my twintania) code" threads in New Player Help section.

I was read that section from time to time if there's any new player actually need help, nowsday I don't bother it anymore, more than half of page are "my code" threads.

I dunno, to be honest, maybe if SE actually responded to threads, so people notice the big shiny crown on a topic they were gonna make a post about. It won't kill the spam, but I'm sure as heck if people saw community devs actually actively providing feedback on hot issues, it'd several cut down on the spam (Or at least result in the first reply to spammed topics being a link to the dev response).

Keep in mind, even when a thread is really polite and all in the west, we don't get feed back either. We had to wait several months and then a Q&A life letter before we got a "Sorry not possible currently" with the thread about Au Ra and
