    Together we Stand quest

    So I just got my level 22 main quest and it wants me to go to Camp Nine Ivies however when I get really close the area is surrounded by level 40 aggressive mobs who two shot me. Why did the mob levels all of a sudden shoot through the roof next to a level 22 main quest zone. How do I even get there if I can't get past these level 40s?

    Efts and buzzards, right? If you're patient, they should eventually all move toward one side. Then you can skirt around them safely.

    Yeah the Eft was sitting in the dead center of the road and would just walk up and down the area before the openish area where the buzzards were. Waited 5 minutes for him to get out of the way which didn't happen so I tried putting on stoneskin and running past but then the buzzards were in the way and it ended pretty quick.
