
Thanks for answer sir.This sounds like something to take up through the customer support link at the online store you purchased from. There should be a link down at the bottom of the store's page for requesting Customer Support that will lead you to a form for entering your order number and details. You should be able to provide the FedEx tracking number and such to verify shipment status and such to help support your request for the refund.
That was what I exactly did and not having answer for several weeks
