Hello, I understand I will be moved into "Separate Support Required" forum for sure.

But I have no other choice because I'm not getting response for over two weeks even I sending E-mail to the Customer Support of the Square Enix Online Store Several Times.

I've Pre-Ordered Heavenward as Physical Product and It was arrived However, the product I received was physically damaged assumed occurs while in the shipping.
I decided to without opening factory seal of the DVD Case, I decided to send back to the the where it was from, I report to the customer support and I got barcode from the customer support, it was the Fedex Barcode that allow them to send the product back to the Square Online Store Storage I assume.
And the product I send back should be arrived at minimum of two weeks.

I'm not getting any kinds of response from the customer support of square enix online store even I sending E-mail to them multiple times.

If they cannot send me back the replacement I'm fine with just give me refund for the physical product so.
I purchased the DL Version of Heavenward because from this anyway....

Sorry for posting to wrong place, but I have no idea what should I do for not getting any kinds of response from them.

The last response I got from them are something like "I will get choice to get replacement of the product or the refund for the product what I spend for after they received the product".
