    About the Refund or Replacement of Order

    Hello, I understand I will be moved into "Separate Support Required" forum for sure.

    But I have no other choice because I'm not getting response for over two weeks even I sending E-mail to the Customer Support of the Square Enix Online Store Several Times.

    I've Pre-Ordered Heavenward as Physical Product and It was arrived However, the product I received was physically damaged assumed occurs while in the shipping.
    I decided to without opening factory seal of the DVD Case, I decided to send back to the the where it was from, I report to the customer support and I got barcode from the customer support, it was the Fedex Barcode that allow them to send the product back to the Square Online Store Storage I assume.
    And the product I send back should be arrived at minimum of two weeks.

    I'm not getting any kinds of response from the customer support of square enix online store even I sending E-mail to them multiple times.

    If they cannot send me back the replacement I'm fine with just give me refund for the physical product so.
    I purchased the DL Version of Heavenward because from this anyway....

    Again,

    Sorry for posting to wrong place, but I have no idea what should I do for not getting any kinds of response from them.

    The last response I got from them are something like "I will get choice to get replacement of the product or the refund for the product what I spend for after they received the product".

    This sounds like something to take up through the customer support link at the online store you purchased from. There should be a link down at the bottom of the store's page for requesting Customer Support that will lead you to a form for entering your order number and details. You should be able to provide the FedEx tracking number and such to verify shipment status and such to help support your request for the refund.

    .....Is my account will be get BANNED for Enforcing Claim the money for pre-ordered psychical heavenward.

    I've used it's Early Access Code However, not the main DLC code...... (because I didn't even open the factory seal)
