    Consumables for SCH

    New healer here. Been playing tank since 1.0 so I know absolutely nothing about healers and what they're eating. Can anyone give me some information on which food is ideal for raid healing? I was thinking crit and det food but the stats from ishgardian tea (vit pie ss i think) seem favorable when tackling Savage content.

    I use HQ Steamed Catfish for the ACC, is SCH is usually expected to DPS in Savage progression.

    Baked Pipira Pira (HQ) for food (accuracy almost 100% in savage floor 1 in normal alexander gear). Draconian potions of mind (HQ) for DPS, X-ethers (HQ) for MP.

    I agree on Baked Pipira Pira for SCH or Urchin Loaf if you have a lot of money lol
    WHM favorites are Creme Brulee and Hot Chocolate. If you want something cheaper, Frozen Spirit should be fine.
