Just to rule it out, are you running as Admin? (right-click the shortcut for the option...if that resolves it you can open the properties for the shortcut and set it as a permanent option)

Otherwise you may need to add exceptions to your security--firewall, antivirus, Windows Defender, other malware defense product you may have.

Yes, I had to actually uninstall and reinstall. For some reason, when I upgraded to W 10, it removed some access from my documents. Weird, but it's working now, thank you for your help!
