    [Dev1016]Facility and treatises requirements.

It was mentioned before that the requirement for facilitys and treatises (Or crafting books) would be removed. will it not be in this patch? I only saw that requirement for secondary skills is being removed.

Well, they are going to remove them from the recipes only, as requirements.
So, basically, the training manuals are becoming useless until they find another use for them.

Personally, I think it would be nice if the training manuals would reduce the chances of elemental destabilization and/or improve the rate of having HQ results on synthesis. Or, perhaps, simply slightly increase the number of items created per synthesis when the character holds the proper training manual. Anything goes as long as they don't remove them from the game.

LOL cash shop! SE's way to tell their player how they appreciate them... pull the carrot and empty your pockets $$$
And to those who support it: you are kicking yourselves. -- We just need to sit back and laugh at people with cash shop items.
    (Marvelous economics IQ test!)

All of those Ideas are a go, they should do all of them. They would have to make them cost a lot more to match their worth, but I would be fine with that.
