Hotbar 1 Auto-cycling when using chocobo porter

As the title says, hotbar 1 auto-cycles to pet hotbar when riding a chocobo porter (and other quest mounts) but the pet hotbar is also present. How do you stop the hotbar 1 from auto-cycling?

I'd like to know this as well. I unchecked petbars and the horizontal petbar still shows. It's kinda infuriating seeing both the horizontal petbar and the cross bar show when I use a chocobo porter. I remember it wasn't like this before. Can we at least get the horizontal petbar hidden so it isn't duplicated in the crossbar?

Anyone find a solution to this? Using the Magitek Mounts changes my pet hotbar & also Hotbar 1 to a mount bar. I have stuff on Hotbar 1 I need whilst mounted!
