I believe adding a in game free company search option and a member recruitment limit, should be added into the game, let me explain a bit.

Search option
Having this available should have been from the start, it gives players looking for a company a generated list of companies that fit the players specific wants, by utilizing the free companies desired playstyles and wanted classes on the info page.

Recruitment restrictions
This is more of a precaution I could see being useful, as it would encourage players to join new free companies, rather joining the companies with 100+ members, the restriction would be like only 5 players can join a day past a certain number say 50 current members.



TLR Being able to build a company without players being sharked into established groups and having a search function needs to be added and addressed.
