This thread is NOT about giving obscene buffs to MCH, but more so giving players the opportunity to FEEL like they are tinkering with their Autoturrets (general theme of MCH) and granting small perks when in battle to lesson the stress of maintaining high DPS while supporting the team.

When equipped, the upgrade perks will be passive and are obtained via crafting and might require Alchemist and BSM/ARM for the recipes.

Upgrades can be really small quality of life augments such as:

- A small passive Healing regen for Bot and/or Player (Second Wind woes)

- Increase attack range/radius

- Grants a decent amount of Elemental Resistance of a specific element(s)

- Change Autoturret attack properties so Rook deals ST magic damage and Bishop deals AoE physical damage (Potency does not change)

- Glamour! Want to have a Magitek Bit or a Gobturret!? Now you can!

...each upgrade will occupy the Off-Hand slot so it can't be changed during combat, can not stack with other upgrades, and makes use of that gosh darned slot if you're not a PLD or a WHM/BLM stuck in 2.0!
