Red Scripts still haven't reset.

Thread Title: My red scripts were set at 450/450 even on reset day. I havent been able to earn any all week.

Frequency: Unknown, still havent been reset.

Steps: I had logged on, I pressed control C to check my scripts had reset, they hadn't reset. I have checked every day since thursday. The scripts have been stuck on 450/450 and I still have 0/500. I havent been able to turn in any items all week

I can confirm the same problem persist for my character (L' A') on Balmug a well. I guess we've had high hopes ... This is now beyond ridiculous! We've already missed all the bonus star turn ins and now it's NO way we'll be able to cap this week limit efectively putting us all one week behind! And I was planing / hoping to get my primary tool upgraded by end of this week on FSH

SE should compensate all afected gatherers for this major screw up!

I heard some people got reset, and their notes said they fixed this issue.
I can't even do anything. I'm crying at my desk. I've sent so many tickets now.

Yeah, I'm actually so upset that I just want to shut the game and walk away. In game support is useless providing just copy&paste replies.

I also still haven't had my points reset but a few on my server (balmung) were visited by GM's and have had theirs reset so i guess all we can do is wait.

Has it been confirmed that this is supposed to reset on tuesday?
the red scrip system was introduced on a thursday and last week my scrips were reset on thursday.

My issue is that they didnt even reset last thursday. Scripts are supposed to reset 1:00 PDT thursday.

Normal reset time for red scrips is on thursday but last week because of a bug some players did not get a red scrips reset (in the hotfix of today). The hotfix should have fixed the problem but the players now need to have a reset from the GM's. A few ppl on my have gotten these resets, i'm still waiting for it.

That is what this bug report is for.

The fact the 'fix', didn't fix it.

It wasn't supposed to reset everyone scripts though so we have no idea if it is fixed or not! And shall not find out till thursday
