Yep. Of course, this would mean we would have to make more challenging content for the game. Its not overpowered when you have 24-man raids however it is Overpowered in 8 mans.

Oration is cool. However has to be used wisely.

We need more real raids and contested content and funner abilities.

saying its balanced in one thing(24 mans, even with the party restriction, its overpowered) doesnt negate it being overpowered in other content.
