    How can we make Bards and Machinist better?

    Honestly, with all that has been going on with Bards and Machinists they really don't have the fun spells desired or required for a utility class. Some classes I would argue have even MORE utility with some of their new spells. Why should they be labelled utility classes with their damage cut a bit if they don't have the kit to back it up? Here are some ideas I have, lets make a thread adding more!

    Bard Skills I would like to see:

    Oration of Sacrifice
    GREATLY heals the target for X of his life every second and prevents up to 25% of damage taken.
    GREATLY costs you X of your life every second.
    This skill will stop when you are below 10% life or your target is healed to full.
    Channeled: up to 12.0 seconds.
    Instant to use.
    Reuse: 45 seconds.

    Requiem of Hope:
    Resurrects target to full life and mana and reduces damage he takes by 95% for 3 seconds after reviving. This ability does not cause a weakened state, and does not ask for permission. However it also cannot be used on non-party-alliance members.
    Cast: 3.0 seconds.
    Reuse: 120 seconds.




    Machinist Skills I would like to see:

    Stim Pack:
    Place a Stim Pack on the ground that is picked up by anyone who steps over it:
    Cures a detriment and heals the target for a total of 18% of his life and 9% of his mana every 3 seconds for 9 seconds.
    Cooldown: 45 seconds. Lasts 120 seconds. Instant Cast.
    Gain "Stim Pack" immunity for 9 seconds after gaining the buff.

    The Stim Pack has 2 triggers, the machinist may step away and run over and grab one himself.

    Shield Probe:
    Place a Shield Probe on all party members near that will absorb the next skill-hit. The probe only has 1 life and will take the hit instead of your party members.
    Reuse: 120 seconds.
    Instant.

    Mouse Trap:
    Mouse Trap will "Provoke" your target every 3 seconds for 30 seconds and pulsate enmity constantly to all targets around him. It has a very high chance to dodge and will run in a straight line forward where you cast it. The Mouse Trap also moves 75% faster then a player. Yes, if its down a hall the Mouse Trap will keep running forward aggroing everything until it hits a wall.
    Reuse: 120 seconds.
    Instant.
