    So far we have seen Namamo's feet, and Y'shtola's.

    Are there any other cutscenes with bare feet in them?

    I think it was brought up more due to being unique models, though I wouldn't argue for the sake of swimwear. It'd odd running into water with default footwear or sandles.

    Anyone perceptive enough would have noticed it. Whether someone will ask for more is a different matter.
    And what's wrong with feet fetish? I don't see how someone else's fetish affects me at all.
    It's not any more "sick" to like feet than it is to like boobs or legs or waistlines or whatever.
