From what I've known:
- Time needed to turn a gear into materia is a few hours time if worn with satisfied optimal rank.
- Gear will be constantly disappeared from the market due to materia making, crafters will have to refill the same product into the market time after time. Thus, demand for every single product is greatly increased.
- As crafters will have to make products over and over again, raw materials will not be staying in their pockets as easily as what we have now. Thus demand for raw material will eventually increase if they use up their storage.
- Certain widely used materials' selling price to NPC is reduced, encouraging players to toss them into the market.
- HQ gears will have their actual stat listed as opposed to having stars, people can spot the changes without out-of-game information. Charging them 100x higher for a 15% boost could be unappealing to many.
- People are crafting "shrinked output" recipes crazily, which means a lot of those materials will be there at the start of 1.19. Personally I can't predict what the outcome of this would be.
Based on the about facts (I hope they are :P),
I'm seeing a lot of competitions thus easier to get items in the market with good prices.
And about the pricing of materia.. as they are made from the actual gear themselves,
they won't be charged cheaper than the average price of the original gear.
They're being used in large amount however, as people will probably try to make a 5 materia mounted gear. I wonder what impact could it made to the overall prices of final products.
Any thoughts?
