Need Clarification for one of the new hotfixes to Duty Finder Vote Kick

"The Duty Finder has been adjusted so that players who have been vote-dismissed are not immediately available as candidates for joining a party."

What exactly does this mean? How long is this 'timer' and is it just from the party someone was dismissed from? Does it mean -any- party?

The issue that this was addressing was that if you vote kicked someone, they could re-queue for that as in-progress and jump right back in. Even a 2-3 minute penalty would be enough to prevent that.

As for how long, I think we're going to need to test that.

It's apparently a bad translation. You can re-queue immediately, just can't use in-progress.

So it just keeps people from trolling.

So if you queued into a roulette (with in-progress ticked), and then got kicked for no reason... you won't be able to use in-progress to try into get into a different in-progress run? You have to de-click it?

Yep, I knew what they wanted to counteract but I wanted to know if this was just queueing into any party or if it would just make sure you can't queue into what you were kicked from. Or have that person just jump right back in to harass your party.
