Recruit a Friend issue

I have tried that multiple times today. No luck. Quite upsetting. Another friend of mine already got his stuff from someone who started playing yesterday. Me and my friend have been at it for close to a month now.

hmm sounds like a processing mistake. I would contact customer service and see what they have to say. they might ask you to contact a GM about it or something.
I do know for certain some of the rewards require your RaF partner to sub so you wont get everything before 90 days subscribed has been met
