Recruit a Friend issue

I couldn't find a thread on this, sorry, but my friend just started playing, and he used my code. It says on his mogstation account that there has been a RaF code associated with his account now. He has also bought game time now after he used my code. He is still on his 30 day trial, but I have been told my numerous people in the game that I should have received my RaF rewards by now.

Me and my friend are both on the same server, and everything, and we have gotten nothing so far.

I feel like I am missing something, or something was not done correctly, but I can't find the issue or a solution.

Hopefully someone can help me.

As far as i remember i got mine after my friend subbed for the first time. But that was before the rewards changed. You should receive Gold Feathers and Fist Bump Emote even without him subbing. Try the delivery Moogle and Request rewards option

you get the rewards when payment for his sub goes through(I.E. he pays for the 30/60(with card)/90/180 days). it is unfortunate they did it that way but sadly that is how it is. I thought they changed it with the gold feathers and fist bump emote but it sounds like they haven't

I have tried that multiple times today. No luck. Quite upsetting. Another friend of mine already got his stuff from someone who started playing yesterday. Me and my friend have been at it for close to a month now.

hmm sounds like a processing mistake. I would contact customer service and see what they have to say. they might ask you to contact a GM about it or something.
I do know for certain some of the rewards require your RaF partner to sub so you wont get everything before 90 days subscribed has been met
