Summoner Skill "Contagion" Issue

Steps:
1. After applying my DoT's to the boss I use Contagion as usual. Most of the time it will work however this was the most recent time it did not. Sometimes Contagion simply will not extend my DoT's. It will go on cool down and Garuda will show the animation as if she cast the spell but the DoT's will still have their original timer. I have waited to report this to see if anyone else is experiencing it also but now when it really matters I feel compelled to report it.
