Theorycraft: The Psychic (Caster DPS)

I've really wanted to play a caster dps but with the current setup there is little room for mobility. With the changed to brd I feel that it might be decent to introduce a new job that can focus on damage while not compromising mobility. I haven't really been bothered to go through and calculate an average dps and on paper it does seem fairly overpowered, although without a source of haste or strong damage boost it may work out.

My current concern with this is that the synergy may be too strong with out casters since it can basically have foe's requiem on full time (contemplating altering it so the two cannot stack). During downtime and soloing the psychic can bring utility via (limited) shields and heals.

I'd like to hear everyone's thoughts and maybe we can get this noticed if there is enough interest. I think there is promise here.
