DirectX11 on windows 10 32 bit

is directX11 is not supported on 32 bit windows? Because the button to enable directX11 in my game launcher is disabled, and when I login I forced to play on directX 9 mode. This happen too with my windows 8.1 PC before I upgrade it to windows 10.
when I run dxdiag, my directX version is directX 11 on windows 8.1 and directX 12 on windows 10.

My spec :
Intel Pentium G3240
4 GB RAM
Zotac Nvidia GTX 750 1 GB

DX11 for XIV is only 64-bit. Sorry.

Your windows licence is legal for 32-Bit and 64-Bit. So I recommend you to reinstall your windows with a 64-Bit image.
There is no reason from the technical standpoint to use 32-Bit anymore, except you have really specific and outdated drivers, which only run on a 32-Bit machine (Pre-War printers f.e.)

Also make sure once you get a 64 bit OS and for anyone else who upgraded to Windows 10 recently and has a 64 bit OS, you will more than likely have to re-enable it in settings. My OS is 64 bit and when I upgraded to windows 10, FFXIV turned it off again for some reason.
