Red Scripts still haven't reset.

My red scrips still haven't been reset from last week. Paying customers are being shut out of end game because of a bug. I took time off work to become a grandmaster of the hand before red scrips were released, and now I'm stuck. Please help Square Enix

Mine have been capped since early last week before reset as well. Still capped, still no contact, still no information. A few gatherers have said square enix will only reset gatherer's if they were affected but won't touch your crafters. In-game bug report never gets a response. I'd really like to hear something, you're now punishing your playerbase for a mistake on your part, and I don't understand why. This is frustrating beyond belief, and proving very quickly to not be worth my time, effort, or money.

Edit: Moments after this post I was contacted by a GM (Thanks Qeepel you were a huge help!) and he was able to reset my crafter's scrips so I can at least cap this week and won't be behind as I previously expected to me. Very glad for some assistance on it finally!

Qeeple got to me as well, thanks Qeep! I asked for some bonus gathering scrips just because it would be difficult to cap them in two days. He told me he couldn't, and that I should ask for reimbursement on the forums. Where should such a thread be posted?

Having the same issue with my crafters'/gatherers' scrip caps, been sitting at 450/450 since last week. Was hoping the hotfix patch would reset it, but no luck there. Sent in an in-game bug report, I hope that gets read before the upcoming weekly reset so I don't end up missing out on an entire week's worth of red scrips.

My Red Scrips are still not reset yet. It was capped since last week. We're essentially delaying whatever it is we want to buy next by a week. This is unfair :/
