Red Scripts still haven't reset.

Mine have been capped since early last week before reset as well. Still capped, still no contact, still no information. A few gatherers have said square enix will only reset gatherer's if they were affected but won't touch your crafters. In-game bug report never gets a response. I'd really like to hear something, you're now punishing your playerbase for a mistake on your part, and I don't understand why. This is frustrating beyond belief, and proving very quickly to not be worth my time, effort, or money.

Edit: Moments after this post I was contacted by a GM (Thanks Qeepel you were a huge help!) and he was able to reset my crafter's scrips so I can at least cap this week and won't be behind as I previously expected to me. Very glad for some assistance on it finally!
