Might be worth doing a RAM test (Google either memtest86 or memtest86+) to narrow that out, but I'd personally expect that to bluescreen rather than outright reboot so problem with PSU or motherboard itself seems most likely to me. If you can get hold of/borrow a suitable PSU from another computer it'd be worth testing that as it sounds like it won't take long to reboot normally so you'll know fairly soon if it's working.

Software can't generally cause instant reboots, that's more of a hardware issue. It's possible for drivers to be buggy and when interacting with the hardware that can cause a reboot (a bluescreen is more usual though), but that's for the drivers to be fixed, not Square Enix. Sorry, but this just isn't something they are going to fix as it's not something they have control over, it's specific to your computer/installation. Either you have bad drivers or you have bad hardware causing the random reboots. If you only ever get reboots (and never bluescreens) I'd lean more towards a hardware issue, possibly PSU related like the original poster probably is (if it can't provide the power that instant it's required, you'll get a reboot - PSU's can go bad over time).
