Yeah tried doing benchmarks (even with team viewer on, since my FC mate wanted to check my logs and installed all the benchmarking stuff) and it was fine. But now things are starting to get weird. No FFXIVs open it crashed one time with only Team Viewer on and the other time before i even get to enter my password to enter the desktop it straight up did a reboot on me. So can i now say that my PSU is doing bad stuff?

Good to know that it's not happening only with me. What causes it seems very random, but for me it happens a lot during cutscenes, though it happened on some dungeons as well. For me it's not a overheating issue, as i can play The Witcher 3, GTA V, Borderlands 2 for hours without any problem. Let's hope it get adressed soon.

Might be worth doing a RAM test (Google either memtest86 or memtest86+) to narrow that out, but I'd personally expect that to bluescreen rather than outright reboot so problem with PSU or motherboard itself seems most likely to me. If you can get hold of/borrow a suitable PSU from another computer it'd be worth testing that as it sounds like it won't take long to reboot normally so you'll know fairly soon if it's working.

Software can't generally cause instant reboots, that's more of a hardware issue. It's possible for drivers to be buggy and when interacting with the hardware that can cause a reboot (a bluescreen is more usual though), but that's for the drivers to be fixed, not Square Enix. Sorry, but this just isn't something they are going to fix as it's not something they have control over, it's specific to your computer/installation. Either you have bad drivers or you have bad hardware causing the random reboots. If you only ever get reboots (and never bluescreens) I'd lean more towards a hardware issue, possibly PSU related like the original poster probably is (if it can't provide the power that instant it's required, you'll get a reboot - PSU's can go bad over time).

Happening here as well, Display is Grey/Black and there is Audio Loop Stutter (The Audio Repeats itself).

I highly doubt 70-80° on the GPU is the Problem, I get 50° on my CPU.

    i7-4790K (4,0 GHZ / 4,4 GHZ Turbo Boost)
    ASUS GTX 770 DirectCU II
4 GB Ram (The Game doesn't utilize the whole Memory)
    ASRock Fatal1ty Z97X Killer

Drivers are new. This is happening since 2 Days and I can imagine People getting mad when suddenly the DPS / Healer gets kicked out of the Game due of this.

Well no depending on what you are doing it can use 3GB though and you may have stuff running in the background using memory also. An MMO uses a bunch of memory. These problems people are having sound very much the symptom of a PSU on it's way out often this is caused by people buying cheap non brand PSU's and straining them with powerful cards which under an MMO load use a lot of power which just makes it shut off or blow completely. "This doesn't happen with other games" is pointless because every game has different requirements of your hardware.

In the case of Mwynn it sounds like it's hanging either roll back graphics driver or stop overclocking your graphics card if that's what you are doing. It's probably one of these.
