Lower graphics means less space being used on their servers, so there's more room for housing data.. That's the difference, storage space. As I said in my previous response to this thread - If you want EVERY person at the moment to have a house, you're talking about TERABITES worth of data being added. Not megabytes. Not gigabytes. Terabytes. Possibly even more given the amount of code that goes into each plot of land. They do this, and suddenly we're paying 20-25$/month instead of 15 just to cover the leasing on the added space they will need for servers.
