<Shadows of Light> Free Company is recruiting!

Hello everybody! Shadows of Light is in need of players to bolster our ranks. Looking for both brand new, and veterans of the game/genre and any class/job/level. We are a rank 8 FC and right now are focused on helping everyone level their classes and raise gil to upgrade our FC house but will be doing endgame content as well. We do have a website www.solffxiv.com and have a Mumble server for members to use.


We do not tolerate drama and do not consider ourselves a hardcore FC, so if you are looking for an active, casual free company that chooses to help others learn and progress at their own pace and not leaving people behind, then please give us a shot. What's your late night/ morning numbers like? I work swing shift so usually that's when I play except for my days off

Hello Ivarian, I will be honest, we only have a handful of players on during the early morning hours. Of course more people get on to play as the day progresses and a lot are usually on at night. I wish I had a better answer for you, but that is the situation as of now.

Update - For those who are interested, we now have an FC house in Lavender Beds. Unfortunately with the housing shortage being what it is on our server as well as many other servers, we could only find a small property. However, when and if a larger one becomes available, we will be sure to purchase so just know growth is in the future. The house is located right next to a market board and summoning bell. The property has a chocobo stable, summoning bell, FC chest, large garden, mender, material vendor, mailbox, triple triad table, you can teleport directly to it and it has a fantastic view. We are on ward 1 plot 38 should any of you want to check us out.

Some other perks is that we pay monthly for a website hosted on Enjin with the domain www.solffxiv.com from GoDaddy so that it is super easy to remember and get to. Also, we have a 25 slot mumble server for our FC users.

continued from above.... As Syre said, we are not hardcore, however we run the extreme primals, raids, low level stuff, and just generally help each other out. There are no "clicks" so you won't feel left out and we care about our members and the well being of one another. Everyone is nice to each other and there is absolutely no drama in this FC as I am not paying all of this money per month for all these services to hear a bunch of complaining. We play to win and we play to have fun. There are no and will be no elitist attitudes, that is not at all what we are about.
