    Can I please have help with this error when trying to patch/update?

    I keep getting this error message:

    "Unable to update patch files [11006][20819][20890][19900][3] SqPack:0x0-0x0-0"

    I have tried running the launcher in admin mode with compatibility mode set as well, as this was recommended elsewhere. This didn't seem to fix the issue.

    I've also had this error message:

    "Unable to complete version update [30437]"

    Does anyone know how to get around these issues?

    PC:
    Intel Core2Quad Q6600
    4GB DDR2-800 RAM
    AMD Radeon HD 4800 series
    Windows 7 Ultimate

    Any help would be well received, particularly if effective

    You could try the fix posted by SE involving turning off SSL 3.0 and making sure TLS 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2 is turned on in your Internet Explorer's settings. If that dosen't help you can try adding "frontier.ffxiv.com" to your firewall's expcetion list or momentarily turning off your anti-virus' real-time protection when starting the launcher.
