Good King Moogle Drop Bug

First off I'd love to say how much I LOVE FFXIV! Thank you for creating what is simply put the most beautiful homage to the history of Final Fantasy and I couldn't be happier playing it. That being said, I've been grinding Good King Moogle on hard and extreme for about two weeks. It's the only thing I am doing and I've yet to get card drop. Drop rate for hard mode is around 50-80 wins and extreme is 5-10ish (according to the triple triad community which has been dead on so far with drop rates). I've also heard other players complain about this issue as well. Is there anyway the card can be in game mailed to me? To be honest a two week grind with nothing to show is kind of bs and to be honest, I shouldn't have to suffer that grind again, regardless of your answer thank you for creating such a wonderful product!

How is not getting the rare drop you wanted an in game bug? You didn't even attempt to follow the template either. You're not entitled to get mailed in game items because you were expecting it after a certain amount of tries.
