What generates enmity?

mp-please had a good chart for you, but its worth noting that AoE heals generate aggro per person healed for every person that has aggro on the enemies (basically meaning AoEs generate a lot of hate).

As for Stoneskin and your cards, they basically generate 1 point of enmity, meaning anything anyone does will pull hate off of you--but positioning of the enemies is the tanks job and if you pull the mobs before he can tag them with a Flash, Overpower, or whatever, then it can get messy. Use your cards BEFORE the pull or AFTER the tank has aggro, not while he's first running in. Also worth noting is that people think regens build a lot of aggro but that's not really true.. they're only an issue in the aforementioned situation where the regen is ticking as the tank tries to pull

In addition to this, having a Summoner, Scholar and/or Machinist in your group adds an additional person as turrets and pets get hit by AoE heals as well
