I've soloed halatali hm using warrior/ scholar at 165-170ish ilvl..

Lost city is by far cant be soloed since player will die to first boss which crunches players with prey..

I've also soloed qarn HM as scholar.. The last boss was a pain 10mins fight, but doable..

Btw of you ever find yourself tanking Brayflox HM with a party, you can just bypass as many of the chests as you can and after the people leave, use return and go back and get them. There's that one up on top of a building I used to run up to after people left. You can do that with any dungeon with that stuff of course but here it's harder for a party member to run off to the side to open chests without pulling a ton of adds.

Still have to try Lost City on solo duty, will report just in case.

Qarn requires a bit of patience during the Teratotaur fight and the final encounter with the Adjudicator, but it's usually doable even at mid-fifties as a tank in ilvl 130s (I went in as PLD).
The main reality checks are with the Dung Wasps during the former - Final Sting's damage is still proportional, so you must dispose of them quickly and absolutely avoid being stung twice in a row - and going through mechanics with the Sun Jurors and ankh lasers instead of blindly rushing at the boss, so that you won't be distracted/overwhelmed: hence the long-drawn fight, since the Adjudicator will still run through the whole gamut of its attacks.

Halatali HM requires better equipment so that trash fights won't drag far too long, as its opening area features mobs that sap your health (them Bats...) or hit fairly hard (Mammets), often in combination. You can overcome some of the drawbacks with careful positioning, but even as a tank a mix of high HP reserve and good defense are mandatory, as Magmarink reported above.
