It is not the players per Grand Company it is the pvper per Grand company is the issue. Being on one of the most populated servers and seeing such a small amount of one Grand Company que. Yes the Adders suck. But almost all adders I know have no desire for that part of the game. While the other two Factions have a huge representation in pvp matches.

Also I will have lots of time to talk been in que already for 45 mins.

There's no reason to think that the percentage of pvpere would be this far apart from one GC to another.
"The people you know" doesn't provide a big enough sample to draw such a conclusion.

The only thing that we know for sure is that only a small percentage of players really participate in PvP. So the only global solution is to motivate more people to do it by offering better (and always relevant) rewards.

Selected same languages as my friend.

    Same GC as my friend.

Near the same Rank as my friend.

I queued 5 minutes before them, they got a fight before me. The queue system is broke.

What if you could buy almost every end game "component" by spending Wolf Marks ? High Crafting material ? Check. High Gathering materials ? Check. Tomestone of esoterics ? Check.
This way, those who really love PvP could spend all their time doing it and receive the same components as those who do endgame PvE ? (To each his own)

After all, capping esoterics by doing dungeons or by doing frontlines is the same. Gathering materials takes times ? Make them cost a lot of Wolf Marks, and gathering Wolf marks will take time too.

Another thing that can be interesting would be endgame PvP. What's the purpose of farming PvP gear if everything is capped so low that it's not relevent ? Create a tier system per PvP rank where each player should have the same gear. And if you want to gather gear for several jobs, you could queue for a lower tier capping your gear at a lower level, receiving more Wolf Marks but no pvp exp.

Ok let us say you are right and we have equal number of pvpers per Grand Company. Why does one que in under 5 mins the others 30+? If the bottle neck is not Grand Company then we have another different issue. Yes more pvpers would be better. But something is causing a disparity. We have enough complaints I feel on pvp forums. That validate we have a huge disparity between the three. Depending on which Data center you are queing from.

I can not see how many games go between certain hours. But SE is not giving us any information or answering any of the complaints. I am going to go out on a limb. Speaking for current pvp base, I believe we feel we could keep our small community work. With no hidden que requirements and with an open que. If SE gives us that and it is still fail then it is the player bases fault. But they refuse to give us the chance to make it work.

I would love to get more rewards for doing something I enjoy. But would settle for a system that has given us a fair chance to make it work.

I only join to get the Esos, or if I want to glamour a piece. Otherwise I dislike it.

Or remove GC restrictions. Wait... people have been asking for this since the PVP came out.

Actually, the problem with PvP queues predates Frontlines (though not by much given the amount of time between each's implementation) because, again, they were taking forever. But Wolves' Den has no Company restrictions, so it couldn't possibly be that. The argument then was that the party system (tank, healer and two DDs, just like dungeons) was ruining it. Heaven forbid it be that the PvP community be but a fraction of what people want to believe it is. Frontlines was an attempt to get people into PvP by giving it lore and an overarching purpose. This did lead to a resurgence in PvP activity, albeit a short-lived one as all people wanted was the pony and gear for glamour, then the ADS a bit after that. Noone cared about the PvP itself save those that wanted PvP. I won't deny the occasional foolishness, but at least I try to keep up with events.

Okay, I hope this doesn't come off as entitled. But I believe that with enough attention square Enix can fix these queues. This game is pretty much all I do with my free time, I play it with a close friend and I lead a stressful life, and we PVP lots for fun and to relax. Not gonna turn it into a sob story. But now we can't even queue together. So we try queuing solo, their queue always pops very quickly and mine literally doesn't for HOURS. I reset and retry, let the queue go, I've tried everything. Now we can't even do what we like together. Many players, not just us, would benefit from fixing the PVP queues. Just do it SE. Please.
