Thanks for the support link. I did email them and got a response that I figured I would share, in case anyone else was wondering or was in a similar situation. Basically, the Moogle Earrings codes did expire, which apparently occurred on 12/31/2014. Here is what they said:

"Dear Customer,

Regarding your request for account support. Please find your answer below.

I do apologize but the Moogle earring promotion expired on 12/31/2014.
